[05] / Recipients
Who processes data for us
Only the people on our team handling your case see the data. We use providers that process data on our behalf:
- Website hosting
- Cloudflare, Inc. The site runs on the Cloudflare network.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States). It delivers the form contents to us as an e-mail. Data goes outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses.
- Form handling
- Our own code running on the Cloudflare network. We use no external CRM and no database: the form is sent straight to us by e-mail and nothing is stored on the site.
- Tax ID register
- The Polish Ministry of Finance VAT register. If you enter a tax ID, we ask the public register for the company name. We send it none of your personal data.
[06] / Your rights
What you can do
- Access and a copy
- You can ask what data we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Correction and deletion
- You can correct the data or ask us to delete it.
- Restriction and objection
- You can restrict processing or object to it where we rely on legitimate interest.
- Portability
- You can receive the data in a format you can hand to another controller.
- Withdrawing consent
- At any time, without affecting processing that already happened.
- Complaint
- To the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
