Will AI replace my team?
No. It takes repetitive tasks: the same questions, retyping data, first drafts. The team handles what needs a decision or a real conversation with the customer.
How does the assistant know what to answer?
From your own content: the product catalogue, procedures, knowledge base and past conversations. It does not guess; it answers from those sources and shows where each answer comes from.
How long does it take?
A first working assistant usually takes two to four weeks. Integrations depend on what the systems expose through their APIs and how tidy the data is.
What about personal data?
We decide which data reaches the model at all and strip out whatever is not needed. We sign a data processing agreement and pick providers that process data inside the European Union when you require it.
